    • Shell only, includes all the pre-cut SIPs and everything needed to assemble the shell Price as of April 25’ is $15,000.00

    • Weathertight Shell-Includes the assembled exterior building envelope above, and also the metal roofing, siding, doors and windows. Pricing as of April 25’ is $23,500. SIP-Mods can be fully assembled or built on your land.

    • Fully Finished-These are the weather tight shell above, and your choice of custom interior finishes, fully finished models are custom, and price varies.

  • Yes, we can deliver and set up your SIP-MOD on your property.

    Transportation costs will be determined by your location.

    Depending on your State there may be regulations we need to comply with for modular construction.
